BRIDE ON A BUDGET cakes

 

Our basic wedding cake's quality is the same as the other categories; it is just decorated in a basic design. Our cakes are simple yet elegant. Don't turn to another source to make your wedding cake because you don't think your budget can be met at Cakes by Rubina.
 

Our budget prices are $3.00 per serving for buttercream designs and $3.75 per serving for fondant designs.

 

Flavors

Choice of Vanilla or Chocolate Cake only.

 

Fillings

All cakes have our delicious vanilla bean buttercream filling inside.

 

Icings

Choice of Vanilla Bean Buttercream or Vanilla Bean Buttercream with Fondant. For fondant cakes, fondant envelopes the buttercream frosting.

 

Shape

Round shaped cakes only and all cakes/tiers MUST be stacked one on top of another. You may select two, three or four tiers based on your needs. Minimum purchase of 100 servings.

 

Toppers

For toppers, you can have flowers made from icing at an additional charge. You also have the option of providing your own fresh flowers or any other topper.

 

Designs

Swiss dots:
Swiss dot piping around the cakes & flowers on the top. You choose the color.

Plain design:
Ribbon around the border of the cakes & flowers on the top. You choose the color.

Bow design:
Ribbon around the border of the cakes with bows & flowers on the top You choose the color.

 

No other substitutions can be made to these cakes. We can only accept so many of these deals so please book your cake as soon as you can.
 

Servings Per Tier:

The following chart shows the number of servings per tier. The serving size is approximate 2"x1"x4" (4" is generally the height of each tier).

Reserving Your Wedding Date and Ordering Your Cake:
A deposit of 25% (minimum $50) is due at the time of order placement. Balance is due in full three weeks prior to delivery or pickup. However, if you’ve not yet decided on the precise details of your wedding cake, you can still lock your date with the $50 non-refundable deposit and we can complete the order details when you’re ready. The $50 deposit will be applied towards the balance of your order. We are sorry we are unable to hold a date without a deposit. We usually book 3-4 months before your wedding. May, June, and August fill quickly, so it's best to order as early as you can for these months.

Cancellation:

Final order must be placed and paid before 3 weeks of wedding.
 

If a cancellation is received more than three weeks prior to the promised delivery/pickup date, the aforementioned deposit will be refunded less $50 for service charges.

If a cancellation is received less than three weeks prior to the promised delivery date, the aforementioned deposit is forfeited.
